Make pizza together. Open a great bottle of wine. My current favorite is Apothic Red – a California Winemakers Blend. Pick up pizza dough and sauce at Fresh&Easy or Trader Joe’s. Top with your favorite toppings. My favorite toppings – Mozzarella & Feta Cheese, Pancetta, Kalamata Olives, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Caramelized Shallots & Roasted Garlic (I know not exactly great for a getting close, but I love garlic). YUM!!!
